Opportunity Overview
AIChE needs your help at the upcoming Annual Student Conference San Francisco to help create buzz around the meeting using social media. By following @chenected on Twitter, retweeting AIChE's tweets, producing original tweets with the hashtag #AIChEStudentConf, or sharing meeting-related posts on Facebook.com/ChEnected, you can help increase awareness.
Expectations
You can participate in any of these ways (prior to, during, and after the meeting):
- Follow @chenected on Twitter and/or Like Facebook.com/AIChE.
- On Twitter: Retweet or favorite any tweets with the hashtag #AIChEStudentConf or tweet your own content related to the meeting mentioning @chenected and using the hashtag #AIChEStudentConf. Note: photos make tweets stand out!
- On Facebook: Stay tuned to the Facebook.com/AIChE page and share anything meeting related publicly, mentioning @chenected when you share
Requirements
- Experience using social media sites like Twitter and Facebook and a basic understanding of using hashtags.
- A Facebook account if participating on Facebook.
- A publicly open Twitter account if participating on Twitter.
- Note: You don't have to attend the meeting to participate. You can do it from anywhere. But it's great if you're there.
