Description:

  • Attend all Executive Student Committee (ESC) conference calls and report back to the Young Professionals Committee (YPC).
  • Work with YP Regional Representatives to facilitate an increased number of interactions between student chapters and Local YP Groups.
  • Identify student chapter leaders and members of the ESC and help them transition to both LS YP groups and YPC leadership or committee roles.
  • Help identify future “Student of the Month” for ChEnected.
  • Report to the YPC’s Retention & Recruitment (R&R) Subcommittee Co-Chairs.
  • Participate in YPC R&R Subcommittee and YPC meetings.
  • This role would begin at the 2017 AIChE Spring Meeting and end at the 2018 Spring Meeting.
