Description:

  • Create a panel presentation on a topic of interest to Young Professionals during the 2017 AIChE Annual Meeting in Minneapolis, MN.
  • Chair the panel session (in-person) at the 2017 Annual Meeting.  (In cases where this is not possible the subcommittee co-chairs or other YPC member attending the conference shall be briefed by the Panel Chair on matters including schedule, etc. in order to ensure the social runs smoothly.) 
  • Work with Young Professional Committee (YPC) Officers and YPC Programming Subcommittee Co-Chairs to determine the topic and speakers for the session.
  • Ensure the session is entered into Confex and all tasks related to the session are completed by the deadlines laid out by AIChE Programming.
  • Participate in YPC Programming Subcommittee and YPC meetings.
