Career experience of more than 25 years in Process Engineering, design and process improvement.

Have been involved in the design and construction. Career can be broadly segregated into the following three segments - Process Engineering & Improvement (Chemicals, Energy and Pharmaceuticals), Environmental Process engineering and Oil and Gas.

Have played a pivotal role in managing and ensuring smooth development of accurate operation-wide measurement standards to increase production and decrease non-value added time.

Currently working on a Project Engineering Execution System improvement in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The responsibilities include evaluation of current procedures, invoking a bench-marked Stage Gate system, creating Project related roles and responsibilities and work flow maps to help implement a smooth transition into a profitable system with increased production and decreased non-value added time.

Worked for BP's Baku Oil and Gas facilities on behalf of AMEC, as part of the ECMS engineering Flowlines support team to match up to the BP Production planning environment.

Work experience includes working for Technip and KBR in the Middle east including substantial times spent with operations Capital Projects for major Operating Companies.

Last employment in India was as Head of Process in C2C Engineering, an EPC firm doing Chemical and Pharmaceutical unit set-ups, helping in upgrading the Quality systems for ISO 9001-2015 certification. Lean Six Sigma Black belt certified.

• Engage in bringing new ideas, to work cooperatively with multi-disciplines including Business Development and Process-Re-engineering;
