My passions include sustainability, environmental stewardship, and problem-solving as part of an engaging team. My dream is to have a career in clean energy or energy storage systems to help the world free itself from depleting non-renewable natural resources.
I am a strong advocate for innovation in technology, and have been extremely lucky to work in a nanofabrication facility during my undergraduate years. As a Research Assistant at WNF, I have experience in collaborative research in the fields of nanofabrication and semiconductor processing.
My background in student organizations and as a supervisor in various paid work positions show that I have proven leadership skills with diverse teams in both work and school environments since 2011.
I am passionate about organization and have a capability to perform detail-oriented inventory management and procurement; this has been developed through various roles since 2012, including my current position at WNF.
I greatly enjoy the programming experience I have gained as part of my engineering curriculum; I am proficient in MATLAB, Simulink, Mathematica, Aspen Plus, and familiar with SQL, Java, and Python.
I am fully bilingual, with native fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
