I am Chemical Engineer with over 20 years of Experience in Project Management and Consultancy with wide exposure to proven global best practices in Process Safety management, Loss Prevention, HSE Design and HSE Management from Feed to completions through detailed engineering, construction and commissioning.
Scheduling, coordinating and leading HSE Management system Audits, Work in progress audits, Facilitating and conducting HSE Studies like QRA, HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, FERA, PHSER, PHA, PSI, MOC, PSSR etc. and tracking them to their effective closure.
Conducting detailed incident investigations, Root Cause Analysis, establishing and cascading Lessons learned to prevent recurrences.
