Hi Minoli, how are you? I hope you and your family are well and safe, the same way mine is!

It's awesome that you have interest in chemical engineering, while still an undergraduate on another major! Congratulations for that!

As you have a LOT of options to study inside chemical engineering (different fields), I believe you can begin from the very beggining, seeing basic concepts that rules the chemical engineering. I found those books that might help you:

I don't know if you know any portuguese or if you could find some way to understand this book, but this book is EXTREMELY GOOD. Unfortunately, I didn't find any option translated to english, maybe there is, but I wasn't able to find it. It was the book that I studied when I started my major.

Also, there are some really interesting youtube channels that helps chemical engineering undergraduates throughout the world! Check it out:

I hope I gave you a few options to begin your studying. It is, indeed, a really beautiful path and with a wide range of opportunities, from the oil&gas industry to the pharmaceutical, paints, foods etc. I hope you enjoy your study and, maybe, find yourself there, with us! I wish you the best of luck.

Don't hesitate to message or e-mail me (it's on my signature) if you have any doubts!

    Best regards,
