    Hello all,

    We are excited to hold the largest ever Meet the Faculty Candidates Poster Session at this year's Annual Meeting.

    For those of you participating, who are you looking forward to meeting--any specific recruiters or department chairs? What is your strategy for getting noticed? Do you have any concerns?

    I would love to know how else we can help you and how to improve the session for you.

    Dear Dr. Sundarajan,
    I am very interested in taking part in the Faculty Recruitment Poster Session that you mentioned.  But I am not a typical candidate who has passed his Ph.D. and has 1-2 years post-doc experience.  I got my Ph.D. in 1989 and have 29 years of academic and industrial experience in USA and India, and now I am targeting a faculty position in chemical engineering in the USA.  Kindly advise me.  Thanks so much - Premal Shukla
