    Hello everyone,

    Sometimes I get overwhelmed at these big meetings? What do you do to avoid getting overwhelmed? Do you set up a strict schedule or allow yourself to spontaneously pick sessions to attend?

    I like to "layout" my schedule of meetings that I might like to attend - the use of the AIChE meeting application greatly helps in this regard. Even if I do not follow the schedule due to an "impromptu" meeting, etc. - at least I have the possible sessions well mapped out in advance.
