Research, Innovation and Bioprocesses are my passion as well as the constant searching for understanding about how biological systems, including enzymes and microorganisms, can perform inside bioreactors on different scales. It explains the way that my professional life has taken. My education as Biological Engineer and Magister in Science-Biotechnology has allowed me to develop skills for the design and improvement of bioprocesses, and to transfer knowledge in both academia and the industrial sectors. I highlight the experience I have taken in fermentation technology, Applied Data Science and more than 6 years of experience as a research leader in a biotechnological company in which had a crucial role in the development of new products for human nutrition. In addition, I stand out as a creative researcher with good communication, leadership, project management and mentorship experience.
